The founder of Elegance Salon Suites is a licensed cosmetologist with more than 20 years of experience in hair, skin and makeup. She spent decades perfecting her craft, building relationships with clients and learning what it really takes to succeed in this industry.
She didn't just work in salons. She owned her own private salon suite. She lived the challenges every independent professional faces: managing overhead, marketing a business, juggling schedules and building a loyal client base. She made the move from employee to suite owner herself, and she knows the excitement, and the fears, that come with taking that leap.
Then came the business side
Our founder's experience doesn't stop at the salon. She spent 20+ years in strategic sourcing and procurement with several Fortune 500 companies, where she mastered vendor negotiations, operational planning and business development. She is also a certified project manager, which means she knows how to run a complex build-out, manage timelines and deliver quality results on budget.
That combination of beauty industry insider and business strategist is what makes Elegance different from other salon suite operations.
