These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of elegancesalonsuites.com (the "Site"), operated by Elegance Salon Suites (also known as Elegance Beauty & Health Suites; "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Site
The Site provides information about private salon suites we lease to independent beauty, wellness, and health professionals. It lets you contact us, book a tour, check suite availability, sign up for email updates, share feedback, read our blog, and find professionals who operate from our suites. No products are sold and no payments are taken on the Site.
Suite information and availability
We work to keep the information on the Site accurate, but suite availability, sizes, layouts, amenities, lease terms, pricing, promotions, and opening dates can change without notice. Photos may include illustrations or examples and may not show the exact suite available to you. Nothing on the Site is an offer to lease or a guarantee that a particular suite, term, rate, or opening date will be available.
Our suite availability page and suite alert emails show availability at the time they were published or sent, and a suite may be reserved or leased soon after. Suites are leased first come, first served. An alert, a listing, or a tour does not reserve a suite; only a signed lease does.
Founding Suites
Our Founding Suites offer is limited to the number of founding suites shown on the Site and may end when they are claimed, when we open, or earlier. Submitting the reservation form on the Site does not reserve a suite or commit you or us to anything. A founding suite is held only after you sign a written reservation agreement and pay the deposit it describes. The deposit amount, whether and how it is credited toward rent, refund terms, the rate lock, and any other founding perks are set out in that written agreement and in your lease, which control over anything on the Site. No payments are taken on the Site.
Leases are separate agreements
Leasing a suite requires a separate written lease agreement signed by you and by us. The lease, not these Terms and not the Site, sets out your rights and obligations as a tenant. If the lease and anything on the Site conflict, the lease controls. We may require an application, proof of professional licensing, and other information before offering a lease, and we may decline any application.
Tours
Tours are complimentary, by appointment only, and carry no obligation to lease. While our suites are being built, tours are held by video call; in-person tours will be offered closer to opening. Please join or arrive on time. We may reschedule or cancel a tour when needed and will try to let you know in advance.
Email updates
If you sign up for updates, we will email you about suite openings, in-person tours, and Elegance Salon Suites news. Only sign up with your own email address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Feedback and testimonials
If you share feedback on our review page, please make it honest and based on your own experience. If you give us permission to feature it, you allow us to show your words and first name on the Site and in our marketing, free of charge. We may shorten it or fix typos, but we will not change its meaning. You can ask us to remove it at any time. We do not pay or offer anything in exchange for reviews.
Salon Professionals Directory
Professionals listed in our directory are independent business owners. They are not our employees or agents. We do not provide, supervise, or guarantee their services, prices, licensing, or results. Any appointment, payment, or dispute is between you and that professional. Listings are provided by the tenants, and we are not responsible for their accuracy.
Blog and educational content
Our blog, guides, and other resources are for general information only. They are not legal, tax, financial, or licensing advice. Rules such as Florida DBPR licensing requirements change, so confirm them with the relevant agency or a qualified professional before relying on them.
Using the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful content through our forms
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or interfere with how it works
- Copy, scrape, or republish the Site's content except as allowed below
- Give false information when contacting us, booking a tour, or signing up, or sign someone else up without their permission
Our content
The text, photos, logos, graphics, guides, and design of the Site belong to Elegance Salon Suites or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use and share links to the Site. Any other use requires our written permission.
Links to other websites
The Site links to other websites and services, such as Google Calendar and Google Meet, social media platforms, tenants' booking pages, and business affiliates. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elegance Salon Suites and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including the services of any professional listed in our directory. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not change the terms of any signed lease.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elegance Salon Suites from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
