This Privacy Policy explains how Elegance Salon Suites (also known as Elegance Beauty & Health Suites; "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit elegancesalonsuites.com (the "Site"), contact us, or book a tour.
We lease private salon suites to independent beauty, wellness, and health professionals. We do not sell products through this Site, and we do not take payments on it.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form and emails: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in your message.
- Tour bookings: when you book a tour through the scheduling calendar on our Book a Tour page, you give your name, email address, and any other details the booking form asks for. The calendar is provided by Google (see "Services we use" below).
- Mailing list: when you sign up for updates (the newsletter signup, the suite alerts form, the Suite Readiness Checklist download, or the "email me" box on our Book a Tour, Founding Suites, or event pages), your email address, your name if you give it, which form you used, and the date you signed up. We use this only to email you about suite openings, tours, events, and Elegance Salon Suites news, including a short series of welcome emails when you first join. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Founding Suites and event forms: when you request a founding suite or RSVP to an event, your name, contact details, specialty, and the other details you choose to share (such as years licensed, current work setup, suite preferences, or number of guests).
- Inquiry records and automatic replies: when you send our contact form, the tour-interest form, or a Founding Suites request, we keep a record of what you submitted so we can follow up, and we send one automatic email to the address you gave, confirming we received it and explaining next steps. A personal reply follows.
- Feedback: if you share your experience on our review page, your name, email address (optional), what you write, and whether you allow us to feature it on the Site.
- Phone calls and texts: your phone number and whatever you share with us.
- Leasing inquiries: if you apply for or discuss a suite lease, information about you and your business, such as your license type, years of experience, and business contact details. Lease applications and agreements are handled separately from this Site.
- Tenant directory: if you are a tenant and choose to be listed in our Salon Professionals Directory, the name, photo, specialty, suite number, contact details, booking link, and social media links you give us to publish.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, when you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically receives technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and fix problems.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, see which pages are popular, and learn how visitors find us (for example, from a search engine or social media). It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and gives us only totals, not a profile of you.
We use the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies in your browser and tells Meta which pages of the Site you viewed and whether you sent us our contact, tour-interest or Founding Suites form. We use it to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited the Site. We do not send Meta anything you type into our forms. The Meta Pixel is not loaded if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.
Apart from the Meta Pixel, we do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not set our own cookies. Some services embedded on the Site (such as the Google booking calendar, Google Fonts and the Instagram feed on our home page) may receive your IP address or use cookies under their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and requests
- To schedule, confirm, and follow up on tours
- To discuss leasing and, if you become a tenant, to manage our relationship with you
- To publish directory listings that tenants ask us to publish
- To send you updates you have asked for, such as suite availability. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- After a tour, or about a month after a tenant moves in, to send one email asking about your experience
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site
- To comply with the law and protect our rights
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. The only information we share for advertising is what the Meta Pixel collects about your visit, as described above. We never give advertisers your name, email address, phone number or anything you write to us.
We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as our website host, our email provider, the service that delivers contact form messages to us, and Google (for tour scheduling). They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Directory listings that tenants ask us to publish are visible to anyone who visits the Site.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Elegance Salon Suites, our tenants, or others.
- Business transfers: if our business is sold or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Services we use
- Cloudflare hosts the Site, stores our mailing list and inquiry records, and provides the privacy-friendly visit statistics described above. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Formspree delivers messages from our contact, signup, and feedback forms to our inbox. See Formspree's Privacy Policy.
- Resend sends our emails, such as automatic replies to inquiries, suite alerts and post-tour follow-ups. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
- Google Calendar appointment scheduling for tour bookings, including the video link for virtual tours. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts for the Site's typefaces. Your browser loads them from Google, which receives your IP address.
- Behold displays our latest Instagram posts on the home page. Your browser loads the posts from Behold and Instagram, which receive your IP address. See Behold's Privacy Policy.
- Meta Pixel measures our Facebook and Instagram advertising, as described under "Information collected automatically". See Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Social media links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. If you follow these links, the privacy policy of that platform applies.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and tour information for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up, and generally no longer than two years after our last contact unless you become a tenant. Tenant information is kept for as long as the lease relationship lasts and afterward as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Directory listings are removed when a tenant asks or when their lease ends. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe; after that we keep only a record that you unsubscribed, so we don't email you again.
How we protect information
We use reasonable measures to protect personal information, and the Site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or business reasons
- Stop sending you updates or other messages
The quickest way to leave our mailing list is the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send; it takes effect right away.
To make a request, email info@elegancesalonsuites.com or call 1-813-776-2787. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law, and we will honor them where they apply.
We do not sell personal information. To opt out of the Meta Pixel, turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser and the Site will not load it. You can also manage how Meta uses information from other websites in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults and licensed professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the Site.
