Rent at Elegance is one weekly rate, and it depends on the size and setup of the suite you choose: small, standard, large or double, furnished, barber or unfurnished. Contact us or book a private tour and we'll share the rate for the suite that fits you.
What your rent covers
- Your private, lockable suite with its own sink and LED storage mirror station
- Utilities, maintenance and Wi-Fi, with no separate utility bills
- 24-hour keyless entry
- The lounge lobby and break room for you and your clients
- Mentorship and business training from our founder
On-site laundry is available.
Lease terms
- Choose a 6, 12 or 24 month lease
- Your rate is locked for the whole term, with no increase while your lease runs
- Rent is due weekly
- A deposit equal to two weeks' rent holds your suite and is refunded after you move out

Other costs to plan for
